How It Works
At Your Journey Consultant, we start with a free consultation to understand your needs and determine if our services are the right fit for you. This no-obligation session allows us to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
Coaching sessions are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. After your consultation, if you decide to move forward, you have the option to pay per session or purchase a package at a discounted rate.
Pricing and Packages
• Free Consultation: No cost
• Per Session: $100
• 3-Pack Coaching: $275
• 6-Pack Coaching: $525
Payment methods accepted: cash, check, or Venmo. Payment is due at the start of each session or package.
Session Options For clients in the Toledo, Ohio area, coaching sessions can be conducted in person or virtually based on your preference. For those outside of the area, sessions are virtual.
Customized Coaching to Meet Your Needs: Each session is tailored to your individual needs. During the consultation, we’ll identify your goals and create a customized plan to help you succeed. For instance, if you’re seeking guidance with the college admissions process, a 3-pack or 6-pack of coaching sessions may include some of the following topics:

About
Brad Menard
Originally from Upstate New York, Brad has lived in various locations across the United States, including Oxford, New York, Ames and Grinnell, Iowa, Fairfax, Virginia, Pensacola, Florida, and currently he resides in Toledo, Ohio.
Growing up, Brad was deeply involved in the family business Menards Garage, gaining valuable insights into entrepreneurship and management from an early age.
Brad pursued higher education at SUNY Oneonta, where he majored in History and Anthropology, earning a bachelor’s degree. Brad continued his educational journey at Iowa State University, obtaining a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
Professionally, Brad has been a part of several institutions, including Grinnell College, George Mason University, University of West Florida, and University of Toledo. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Owens Community College.
In April 2022, Brad and his wife Jessica embarked on a new entrepreneurial venture by starting Junk King Toledo, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community service.
Beyond their professional achievements, Brad is dedicated to family life, having raised his son as a single dad until 2020, when he married Jessica. They now enjoy a blended family with Jessica’s two daughters, Ashley and Chelsea and Brad’s son Jackson.
Brad’s diverse interests include building demolition derby cars, engaging in home improvement projects, photography, travel and social media. Brad and Jessica love attending their children’s events, going to various sporting events, theater performances, and supporting local music scenes.
Through his multifaceted journey, Brad continues to inspire others with their passion for education, community involvement, and family values.
